By accessing or using DocMerge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DocMerge is a Google Workspace add-on that enables users to automatically generate documents by merging data from Google Sheets into Google Docs templates. The Service may include:
- Document template creation and management
- Data source connection and mapping
- Automated document generation
- Email delivery of generated documents
- File management in Google Drive
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must authenticate with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Distribute malware or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Google Workspace Integration
The Service integrates with Google Workspace and requires access to your Google account. By using the Service, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service. We access only the data necessary to provide the Service functionality.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DocMerge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your documents and data remain your property.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
